GOODBYE CHAPPED LIPS!

Good morning everyone. I hope you’ve been having a lovely week. 

I’m sure today’s topic gets the most of us all the time, myself inclusive. I always, always have a problem with dry, chapped lips.

Well, today marks an end to this problem, because there’s a way out, YES!, and a even a way to prevent it.

What You Need:
1. Lip balm
2. Soft-bristled tooth-brush
3. Water
4. Vaseline

What To Do:
1. Apply the balm to your lips.
2. Rub the toothbrush gently over your lips so as not to bruise yourself. This exfoliate your lips leaving them soft.
3. Rinse off your lips and the toothbrush.
4. Re-apply your balm or vaseline, and leave on overnight.

I started this method some days ago and I can see changes so far. To further prevent this problem:
1. Apply your lip balm always to keep it from getting chapped.
2. Drink a lot of water.
3. Refrain from licking your lips, because the saliva dries out leaving your lips chapped.
4. Increase your vegetable and fruits intake.
